Twisted

OPTIMISM sustains your mystery, but pushes you closer to victory. The question remains, "Why suffer more over a possibility?". The believe that breeds optimism stretches your mystery, works you out psychologically, physically and mentally. Being certain and confident when you've got no rights to, goes a long way to boosting your chances, since you'll want to try more, do more, and believe more, though you're likely to hurt more in the process. Looking the other way, I found some serious fact, and I can't but share with you the other half of the twist. PESSIMISM ends your mystery, gives it all up, and closes the chapter of any possibility of a breakthrough. The conclusion that breeds pessimism comes with a rest of mind, acceptance of fate, with little or no need to worry, seeing there's no way out. There onward, all you need do is go on with your life, perhaps try some other things, well, that's if your pessimism is not a lifestyle. Let me quickly

The Heart of Man

Look him straight in the eyes and he'll give you a smile, but refuse to be carried away, it just might not be reflecting what's inside. He might sing, he might smile and still be dying right inside. The heart of man is complex, lots of work you need to do to comprehend its goings-on inside. The earlier you choose to live by these facts, the better placed you are to getting there in time. The way to know a happy man is not through his smile, the key to recognising one remains through his unguarded/ spontaneous words and deeds. Though the thoughts and intents of man dies with the seizure of the beating heart, but from thence we'll prove a point, that the subject "The Heart of Man" we talking about here goes beyond the physical cardiac structure responsible for the pumping of blood. The splitting open of the physical heart of man can never reveal the intents, plans and plots of him. So criminal, so deceptive, the mastermind of all surface actions. So confusing, so

Articles Of War!

The art of war is one which entails much dexterity and skill, strategies and counter strategies. Skills, preparation and confidence are keys to success in any battle. Confidence and dexterity on the part of the leader of the fold, and devotion, loyalty and hunger for victory remains vital to the other men of war.And permit me to inform you again that you are in for a war! “As for me, I’ll rather lead a herd of sheep with a lion, than let a sheep lead a pride of lions” so says a man of understanding. Expertise at war involves every form of preparation (i.e. pre, post and during). The articles of war remain vital in the art of war. Consider this with me; what would you say of a man dressed in a blazer suit, though beautiful, carrying with both hands sacs filled with substances unidentified, and marching to the front of battle with earphones plugged into his ears and his head swaying from side to side in response to the sound produced from his mini sound system? Another Mystery Baby Is Born

Barely three months after the reported birth of a baby with a mini-Quran in Mushin area of Lagos State, another oddity has occurred in Sagamu, Ogun State as a woman was said to have delivered a baby boy with an Islamic rosary, otherwise known as Tesbeu. Investigation by Sunday Sun revealed that the boy was delivered on Tuesday at Rotoluwa Maternity Home along Aiyepe Road at about 11.45pm. Mrs. Gbemisola Hamsat, a 35-year-old mother of five, was said to have been delivered of the baby and the rosary. Expectedly, the strange delivery has turned their 2, Odujoko Street, off Prison Road, residence into a Mecca of sorts as people thronged the area to confirm the tale. The Matron of the Maternity Home, Mrs. Sarah Olurotimi Oloyede, a traditional birth attendant, confirmed that she took the delivery of the somewhat strange child. Oloyede’s words: “I heard a sound of something dropping into the bed pan before the placenta came out. “It sounded as if it was an iron or something with wei

A Mind OF YOUR OWN

1. 2.. 3... If you've got a mind of your own, You wouldn't need to worry about distractions in your zone. People can be funny and you know, The moment you get to listen, you'll be troubled and you'll blow. Its very amazing when it shows, Some people hit your back and its clear that they know. "Men can be wicked" there you go, Its clear you give a damn, you'll be sorry you did so. I do not want to listen, I dey go, You can tell it to the birds or whatever, na you know. Now you've got the feeling, you'll soon grow, The disappointment you've planted in their hearts will soon show. 1. 2.. 3... If you've got a mind of your own, You won't be tossed around like a balloon that is blown. Your decisions will be gold, And the more it goes through fire, the brighter it will glow. There's this statement that may hold, With a mind of your own, you may ignore whatever you're told. Very true, but don't be cold, Consider things, weigh them

Hurricane Isaac Hits America

NEW ORLEANS— Hurricane Isaac began a slow, drenching slog inland from the Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday, pushing water over a rural Louisiana levee and stranding some people in homes and cars as the storm spun into a newly fortified New Orleans exactly seven years after Katrina. Although Isaac was much weaker than the 2005 hurricane that crippled the city, the threat of dangerous storm surges and flooding from heavy rain was expected to last all day and into the night as the immense comma-shaped storm crawled across Louisiana. Army Corps spokeswoman Rachel Rodi said the city's bigger, stronger levees were withstanding the assault. "The system is performing as intended, as we expected," she said. "We don't see any issues with the hurricane system at this point." There were initial problems with pumps not working at the 17th Street Canal, the site of a breach on the day Katrina struck, but those pumps had been fixed, Rodi said. Rescuers in boats and trucks
