The question left on the lips of the one who has just been announced late.
Some things we want done , but we sadly leave undone for reasons not far fetched; Fear & Fright, Procrastination & Carelessness, Ignorance & Shallow mindedness. But amongst all these, one combination stands tall i.e ; HESITATION + LACK OF COURAGE
A time comes when we're screwed NOT FOR WHAT WE SAID, BUT FOR WHAT WE DIDN'T SAY.
And we face the ugly music, NOT FOR WHAT WE DID, BUT FOR WHAT WE FAILED TO DO.
A time comes when we're judged NOT FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE, BUT FOR WHAT WE DID NOT BELIEVE.
And we're stranded, NOT FOR JOURNEYS WE MADE, BUT FOR JOURNEYS WE FAILED TO MAKE.
A time comes when we're disgraced NOT BY THE PEOPLE WE MEET, BUT FOR PEOPLE WE REFUSED TO MEET.
And we're sorry, NOT FOR THE RISKS WE TOOK, BUT FOR THE RISKS WE DIDN'T TAKE.
A time comes when we're punished, NOT FOR OUR IGNORANCE, BUT FOR WHAT WE KNEW AND COULDN'T APPLY.
And we're denied NOT THE THINGS WE ASK, BUT ONLY THOSE WE FAIL TO ASK.
Respecting the law of TIMING, and remaining SENSITIVE to the times is key. Having an EYE for OPPORTUNITIES and taking them courageously when they come is even more germane.
PROCRASTINATION will always be COSTLY and HESITATION can cost you.
Do what thou must!
Till date, THERE'S STILL NO HARM IN TRYING, and yet NO CRIME IN ASKING....only know and get it settled within you that there are two possible answers;
The one a YES and the other (NO) is not the end.
Its true, not everything lies within our powers as mere mortals, but some, about many do.
Never You Take Chances, but only take your chances whenever they come.
Forever is too long to sob over opportunities left to fallow, Forever is too long to regret chances blown away and allowed to wallow.
They always come back to haunt us, however long.
"So what do we do? Anything. Something. So long as we just don't sit there. If we screw it up, we start all over.... We try something else. If we wait until we've satisfied all the uncertainties, it may be too late." .........
How late are you?.... I wish I knew too
How much longer do we have? .....I wish I could tell.
But I know this;
"...Dreaded Is The Phrase TOO LATE, and you sure don't want to be told when you arrive." -TW™
...There's an immeasurable distance between late and too late. Optimize it!
